We have worked with our partners and staff teams to create multiple programs that fit nearly any stage of life. Our programs include:
Year+
1 Year or More
When you join our flagship Legacy program, you will impact future leaders in amazing places as you teach at a university campus, k-12 school, or language center. Teams work together to invest meaningfully on campuses and in local communities overseas. The Legacy program also has two optional tracks that you can choose from. Master’s+ Track
Advance your career by working toward your master’s or PhD. ELIC partners with accredited universities to offer tuition discounts of up to 57% off master’s programs.
Equip Track
Develop your personal and career-building skills while impacting your students. This track is ideal for recent college graduates.
Global Ambassador Program
9 Months
Develop personally and professionally in this 9-month mentorship program in Thailand. Explore cross-cultural life with your team, as you invest in your local community.

4–6 Weeks
